Fee Schedule

Consulting fee compensation is determined after an analysis of the specific needs are assessed.

Fees are structured by:

• Brokerage fee - a percentage of agency sale price.
• An hourly charge, usually in a role of an advisory and research capacity.
• Flat fee per project, Strategic Business Plan, Research Report, or Agency Appraisal.
• Minimal retainer, plus insurance expert hourly charge.
• Customized based on the consulting project.
